Project Phoenix is an attempt by the officers to revolutionize the way the department is run. In a nutshell it will remove the inherent hierarchy and institute a system promoting equality, individualism, and a sharing of responsibility. Don't let the man get ya down!

GOALS

• Institute New Power Structure- remove officers titles and make everyone and equal councilmember

• Reevaluate Inductions - Renovate the induction procedures and policies

• Evolve Election Policy- Ensure elections of "councilmember's" is unbiased and equally attainable.
